Your number needs a website before it's allowed to text anybody.
Before a carrier will let your business number send a text, a reviewer opens your website looking for a privacy policy and an opt-in page a scanner can read word for word. It's the slowest part of getting started and it has nothing to do with your phone. We do it with you.
What you get, at no extra charge
- The checklist. Every item a carrier reviewer looks for, in plain English, with the exact wording that has to appear and where it has to sit.
- The form snippet. One block of code your web person drops in. It's the same opt-in form that's already approved on our own number, so the wording is known good.
- A scan of your site before we submit. We fetch your pages and read them the way the reviewer's scanner reads them, character for character, and tell you what's missing.
- Monitoring after you're approved. If a page moves or somebody redesigns the site, we catch it before the carrier does.
- Carrier and registry fees at cost. We pass them through at what we pay for them. No markup.
Why we built this at all
The opt-in page is the same either way, on wording that's already cleared review. What changes is whose domain it sits on.
Or hand the whole thing to us
The free checklist above genuinely works. These are for people who would rather not spend their evening on it.
Do it yourself
- The checklist, the form snippet and the pre-submission scan
- Monitoring after you're approved
- Carrier and registry fees passed through at cost
Worth knowing: on this path your opt-in page sits on a Vonta address rather than your own, and the policy wording is whatever you write. Reviewers query both from time to time, so plan for the possibility of a second attempt.
Compliance Pack
- Policy pages and the opt-in page served from your domain, not ours
- You add one DNS record. We do the rest
- We read the pages back the way the reviewer's scanner reads them, before you submit
- Kept monitored for as long as you're a subscriber
These are the same templates we use for our own carrier registration. They are templates, not legal advice, and no attorney has reviewed them. If you want legal assurance, have your own attorney read them first.
Web Presence
- Everything in the Compliance Pack
- A one-page site on your own domain: what you do, where you work, how to reach you
- An estimate form and click-to-call built in
- Hosting included for as long as you're a subscriber
One template with your content in it. We don't do custom design work, and we'll say so rather than take the job and disappoint you. You own the domain, so you can point it somewhere else whenever you like.
Both paid options are waitlist-only while our paperwork is being reviewed. Mention it on the demo call and we'll hold your place. The free path is open today and always will be.
